The group leader must provide the required documentation to Generator.

Failure to comply with these policies will result in automatic cancellation of the booking with no refund.

We had an overall good experience, with staff who were amazing and showed great hospitality. While our room stayed quiet throughout the stay, the hotel was also easy to find and very simple to walk to from the Arlanda Express station. Traveling with a 2-year-old in a family room, we had no issues at all.
