For the price, it is very good and really works well if you are looking for value. If your expectations are high, this is not the place for you. At first, the location seemed a bit scary, but in fact it is great, with the tram stop very close and grocery shops just two stops away. We had a room with windows and a fridge, so it had all we needed.
